Why do I sign in? Each adult or teen signs in with Apple as themselves. That gives a household real people and protects shared sync. Child profiles can remain managed by a parent.
How do I delete my account? In Kin, go to Settings → Account → Delete Kin account. This removes your account and cloud access without deleting other people’s household data.
How do I add an event? On the Calendar tab, type in plain language (for example, “Dentist for Leo Tuesday 15:00”) or tap +. You can also paste a school email into Ask Kin to pull out dates.
Does it connect to my calendar? Yes. Settings → Connections → Connect calendars imports upcoming events from the accounts already on your iPhone and can add confirmed Kin events to your default writable calendar.
Can I connect Google Calendar directly? Yes. Settings → Connections → Direct calendar connection → Google Calendar. Google asks you to sign in and approve access to your own primary calendar; you can disconnect at any time.
School (Wilma)? Available in Finland. Settings → Connections → Wilma uses your guardian account; this is a community integration, not an official Visma product.
How do I start over? Settings → Your data → Reset. You can export everything as JSON first.
